ESTABLISHMENT: On 15 September 1999 Mr. Theo Koeman registered his company, Jireh’s Welding and Construction Company LLC., at the Chamber of Commerce in Paramaribo (registration number 32815).
His motivation to start his own company arose at the time he graduated. He believed that he could provide the Surinamese and the neighboring markets with better products and services with more added value.
Because business activity increased over the course of time, Mr. Koeman decided to set up a separate legal entity for all activities associated with constructions. Aannemingsbedrijf Koeman N.V., was set up on 31 March 2008. Specialist in Construction, Civil Engineering and Painting Services. We also provide prefab buildings and container housings.
MISSION: To provide the services and goods as we specify in our proposals.
We do this by adhering to safety standards and by continuously educating our workforces. This creates a mutual understanding and benefit by retaining our clients and having a committed workforce.

STRENGHT work for many clients in Suriname, whether it is small, medium or large and we are very well acquainted with the operating conditions.
SAFETY: We also use safety attributes and are very keen on maintaining a zero incident record. Our personnel is obliged to use the following safety items: safety shoes, safety hand gloves, safety nose protector, ear protectors, helmets and body suits.
In the past twenty-three years we have not had a single safety incident. All our personnel are insured for accidents at work.
CAPABILITY: We are capable of commencing with any project within three working days.
MACHINERY: Our trucks and machinery are modern, in good operation condition and are well maintained. We possess the following machines: mobile welding units, generators, burners and oxygen and asset lien bottles, bending machines, cutting machines, fold banks, electrical welding apparatus, grinders, bench- Vices, press machines and turn banks, excavators, wheel bacos, dozers etc.
RECYCLABLE: Our materials are eco-friendly and biodegradable.
